The house sits on a half acre lot which opens to national forest at 7,500 ft, near the ski area.
The wood burning fireplace is crackling and cozy on cold nights in addition to a normal forced air gas heating.
It's a perfect place for families: sledding in the yard in the winter and hike to the back woods in the summer!
There's even a seasonal stream that's about 50 yards behind the house.
There is off-street parking in the front, with space galore: the lot is 20,000 square feet.
