The main house has three (3) bedrooms, one bath.
There is an upstairs and downstairs unit, each unit has one (1) bedroom and one bath.
Each unit has its own refrigerator.

The downstairs unit has a futon chair suitable for a child.
Air beds may be used in the main house and upstairs in the unit.

For entertainment, there are 6 televisions, 1 nintendo game system and games, plus 5 dvd players.

There is plenty of parking both on and off the street.
